1. Closure of voting stations.
2. Rusults tally at the stations.
3. Results are relayed to the respective Returning Officer.
4. Public announcement by the Returning Officer.
5. Returning Officer relays the results to the Headquarters at KICC by phone.
6. Returning officer travels to the Headquarters to present the results.
7. ECK makes the official announcement.
